Big Bear Lake Central spans the 'middle' of Big Bear Lake's south shore. Highlights of this area include our Village shops, restaurants and pubs, Alpine Slide, several marinas, and our Performing Arts Center. The interior of Gilner point, just to the north, or lakeside, of Big Bear Blvd., is where some of the least expensive homes in Big Bear Lake proper can be found. Lot sizes and prices increase as you move toward the lakefront homes on the perimeter of the point. The area south, or mountainside, of Big Bear Blvd. offers a scenic mountain feel, great picnic & sledding areas and many hiking trails. Ironwood Estates, just behind The Village, includes some amazing estate homes with incredible views.
